Victor Gbenou is the Founder and Managing Consultant of Rotciv Omega Consulting LLC, a U.S.-based consulting firm dedicated to building meaningful connections and creating business opportunities between the United States and Africa.
With a multidisciplinary background spanning law, business administration, project management, education, and international affairs, Victor brings a distinctive perspective to cross-border business development and strategic consulting. His professional and academic journey across Africa, Europe, and the United States has given him a strong understanding of the legal, cultural, and business environments that shape international partnerships.
He holds graduate-level degrees in Public Law and Business Administration and Management from the University of Orléans in France, as well as a Project Management Certificate from Colorado State University Global. His career has included experience in legal consulting, business administration, education, entrepreneurship, and international engagement.
Victor is also an alumnus of the U.S. Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP), an experience that further strengthened his commitment to fostering professional relationships and cooperation between the United States and Africa.
Through Rotciv Omega Consulting LLC, he works with entrepreneurs, businesses, investors, professionals, and organizations seeking trusted connections, practical guidance, and opportunities across international markets.
